Kevin was recommended to me by a local tradesman I was speaking with about a plumbing issue on my property. He said Kevin would be my guy for the job. Boy was he right! My house being old and surrounded by trees had a serious root problem - and - a partial concrete foundation. When it seemed from a previous company's quote as though I was looking at an entire tiled bathroom being ripped out, concrete jack-hammered, and pipes replaced, Kevin was able to explain to me that with his advanced camera system, and hydro-jet water gun + foam, chances were that with about an annual visit from him ongoing, the system 'as is' could run a good time longer - and with no disruption to my tenants. You can imagine how I felt. As if that wasn't enough, he went out the same day, ran cameras, came back the following day and finished the job! And, called me TWICE about it to keep me in the loop. The price was competitive regular snake services and the efficacy of the work way beyond. Can't say enough about this experience. And, he's a contractor so can work on any facet of your home. I'm going to need a new roof soon-ish and will surely be calling Kevin. It's like getting the level of service and customer care our grandparents used to enjoy - today. Wow.
